Download invoices with Claude

You can download your invoices with Claude in Chrome, Claude Code, Claude Desktop or claude.ai: Claude runs a saved Reduck script for each billing portal in your own signed-in Chrome, downloads the month's PDFs and emails them to your accountant. For founders, bookkeepers and developers who pay a dozen SaaS tools and collect the invoices by hand every month.

Before you begin

  • A Reduck account, and the Reduck extension in the Chrome where you are signed in to your vendors.
  • Claude: Claude Code, Claude Desktop or claude.ai.

1. Connect Claude to Reduck

In Claude Code:

claude mcp add reduck --transport http --scope user https://mcp.reduck.ai

In claude.ai or Claude Desktop: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, with the name reduck and the URL https://mcp.reduck.ai.

2. Ask for the month

Download my September invoices from OpenAI, Slack, Atlassian and Claude and email them to [email protected].

3. Claude runs one script per portal

Each script opens its vendor's billing page in your browser session and lists the invoices. Invoices hosted by Stripe (Claude, Notion, Slack, Airtable and others) share one download script.

4. Get the PDFs

Claude emails each invoice from your Gmail, or Claude Code saves them in a folder. A portal it could not reach, or with no invoice for the month, is listed apart.

5. Next month, ask again

The scripts are already there. Save the prompt, or schedule it.

Claude in Chrome alone, or with Reduck

Claude in Chrome alone reads each billing page and clicks through it, one screenshot at a time. That works for one portal now and then. With Reduck, Claude calls a script that holds the steps for that portal, so a dozen portals run the same way every month, and Claude does not read every page again.
