Download your Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Asana and Miro invoices automatically

Prompt template

Download my month invoices from Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Asana, Miro and Linear, and email them to my accountant at accountant_email.

Overview

Every team pays for the same kind of apps: chat, email and documents, project management, whiteboards, automation. Each is billed per seat, each keeps its invoices behind an admin login, and every month the accountant asks for all of them. With Reduck, your agent opens each billing page in your browser and collects the month's invoices in one prompt.

Why workspace invoices are hard to collect

  • Per-seat bills that change. Someone joins, someone leaves, and each invoice is different from the last one.
  • Admin-only billing pages. Usually one person can see the invoices, and that person does the downloads.
  • Each app hides them in a different menu. Billing, plans, admin console, transaction account: never the same path twice.
  • Some never send a PDF by email. A receipt email is not the invoice your accountant needs.

How Reduck downloads your workspace invoices

  1. Tell your agent which month and which apps.
  2. It lists each app's invoices from its billing page, in your signed-in browser.
  3. It downloads the PDFs: with the app's own download script, or with the shared Stripe one.
  4. It emails them to your accountant, or saves them in one folder.
  5. It lists each app where it found no invoice, so you know what to check.

Supported apps

Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Asana, Miro, Linear, ClickUp, Airtable, Dropbox, Lucid, HubSpot and Zapier, plus any app billed through Stripe once your agent has the invoice link.

  • Accountants and bookkeepers who collect invoices for clients

FAQ

Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Loom billed through Atlassian), Asana, Miro, Linear, ClickUp, Airtable, Dropbox, Lucid, HubSpot and Zapier each have a ready-made script. Apps that bill through Stripe, such as Linear and Airtable, share one download script for the PDF.
The scripts see what your account sees. Most of these apps show invoices only to a billing admin or workspace owner, so run it from that person's browser. Asana and Miro say so clearly instead of returning an empty list.
Airtable reads every workspace you have billing access to, and Atlassian every transaction account of your organization. Slack reads your primary workspace, or the one you name.
Yes. Your agent sends them from your own Gmail, with the PDFs attached, to the address you give, or saves them in a folder you share.
No. It runs in your own Chrome, with the sessions you already have.
Ask your agent anyway. It can write the script for that billing page the first time, and reuse it every month.
