Overview

A software team pays a dozen infrastructure bills every month: hosting, database, DNS and CDN, servers, code hosting. Each one keeps its invoices on its own billing page, and each page is different. With Reduck, your agent goes through them in your browser, downloads the month's invoices and saves them in one place.

Why cloud invoices are hard to collect

• Usage-based bills. The amount changes every month, so the invoice itself is what the accountant needs.
• One billing page per team or organization. A company with a staging and a production organization has two invoice histories per provider.
• Only the owner sees them. Billing is often visible to one admin, who then becomes the one who downloads everything.
• No shared format. Some providers give a PDF link, some a receipt page, some an HTML invoice.

How Reduck downloads your cloud invoices

1. Tell your agent which month and which providers.
2. It lists each provider's invoices from its billing page, in your signed-in browser.
3. It downloads each PDF, from the provider's own link or with the provider's download script.
4. It saves them in one folder, named by provider and month, or emails them to your accountant.
5. It lists each provider it could not read, so nothing is missing at month end.

Supported providers

Vercel, Supabase, Neon, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, GitHub and Hostinger, plus any provider whose invoices come as a Stripe-hosted page or a public PDF link.
