Overview

AI tools are now a big part of a company's monthly bills: the OpenAI API, a ChatGPT plan, Claude, the Anthropic API, Cursor, Hugging Face. Each has its own billing page, often two (the subscription and the API), and your accountant wants every invoice. With Reduck, your agent opens each billing page in your browser, downloads the month's PDFs and sends them on, in one prompt.

Why AI tool invoices are hard to collect

  • Two bills per vendor. OpenAI bills the API and ChatGPT separately. Anthropic bills Claude and the Console separately. Each has its own invoice history.
  • The invoice is behind a login. You get an email that a payment went through, and the PDF is on the billing page.
  • Several organizations. A team account, a personal account and an API organization each hold their own invoices.
  • A fast-changing list. A new AI tool on the company card every month means a new billing page to remember.

How Reduck downloads your AI invoices

  1. Tell your agent which month and which tools.
  2. For each tool, it lists the invoices from the billing page, in your signed-in browser.
  3. It downloads each PDF: the Stripe-hosted ones with one shared script, the OpenAI API ones with their own.
  4. It emails them to your accountant from your Gmail, or saves them in one folder.
  5. It lists each tool where it found no invoice, so the month is complete.

Supported AI tools

OpenAI API (platform.openai.com), ChatGPT, Claude, Anthropic Console, Cursor, Hugging Face, and Google AI plans through Google Payments. Any other tool billed through Stripe is covered by the Stripe download script once your agent has the invoice link.

FAQ

In two places. OpenAI API usage and credits are billed on platform.openai.com, and a ChatGPT Plus, Pro or Team subscription is billed in ChatGPT's own settings. They are two accounts with two invoice histories, so Reduck has one script for each. The API script reads the last 12 months, as the dashboard does.
Yes, both. A Claude subscription (Pro, Max, Team) is billed on claude.ai, and API usage is billed in the Anthropic Console. The Claude script reads every organization you have billing access to and reports the ones you cannot open. The Console script reads the whole invoice history.
Most AI tools bill through Stripe, so their invoices are Stripe-hosted pages. One Reduck script turns any of those links into the PDF file, without a login. The OpenAI API invoices have their own download script.
A Google AI plan is billed through Google Payments, with your other Google charges. Your agent lists your Google transactions and downloads the tax invoice of the one you name.
No. The scripts run in your own Chrome, where you are already signed in to each tool, so there is no key to create and no password to share.
Yes. Save the prompt and ask your agent to run it at the start of each month. It lists what it collected and each tool where it found no invoice for that month.
