How to download Cursor invoices automatically (2026)

Prompt template

Download my Cursor invoices for month and email them to accountant.

How to download Cursor invoices automatically

Download your Cursor invoices automatically with Reduck: Cursor does not email its invoices, so your AI agent lists them from your Cursor billing, downloads the PDFs and emails them to your accountant. For developers, founders and finance teams who pay for Cursor every month and need each invoice for the books.

TL;DR

  • Cursor does not email invoices: they are only in the Stripe billing portal, behind your Cursor login.
  • One script lists your Cursor invoices; one script downloads each PDF.
  • They run in your own signed-in Chrome, so no password leaves your computer.
  • Ask once a month, or for the whole year at once.
  • Reduck gives your AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) the scripts to do it, free for 100 runs a month.

Why Cursor invoices are hard to collect

  • No invoice email. Cursor sends no invoice by email. Each month, someone signs in and downloads the PDF.
  • Several invoices a month. Usage can be billed apart from the subscription, so one month can hold several invoices.
  • Admins only. On a Teams plan, only team admins see billing and invoices.

Download Cursor invoices by hand

  1. Go to cursor.com/dashboard/billing and click Manage Subscription.
  2. In the Stripe billing portal, scroll to billing history.
  3. Open each invoice and download the PDF.
  4. Email the PDFs to your accountant. Do it again every month.

Download Cursor invoices automatically with Reduck

  1. Connect your agent to Reduck. In Claude Code: claude mcp add reduck --transport http --scope user https://mcp.reduck.ai. In claude.ai or Claude Desktop, add a custom connector with the URL https://mcp.reduck.ai. ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients work too.
  2. Install the Reduck extension in the Chrome where you are signed in to Cursor.
  3. Ask: "Download my Cursor invoices for September and email them to [email protected]."
  4. The agent lists the invoices. The Cursor script reads your billing history and returns each invoice's date, status, amount and PDF link.
  5. It downloads the PDFs and emails them from your Gmail, or saves them in a folder.
  6. Next month, ask again, or schedule the prompt.

FAQ

No. Cursor's help center says invoices are a manual download for now. Users have asked for invoice emails on the Cursor forum since October 2024, and in May 2026 Cursor's team said it is a real gap, with no date for a fix.
Go to cursor.com/dashboard/billing and click Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal, where your invoices are under billing history. Open an invoice to download its PDF.
Not by itself. Cursor has no setting to send invoices to an email address; on Teams and Enterprise, its support can set up a separate billing contact. With Reduck, your agent downloads the month's PDFs and emails them from your Gmail to the address you give, such as your accountant or your expense tool.
Cursor can bill usage on top of the subscription, and users on the Cursor forum report three to five invoices in a month. When you ask for a month, the agent takes every invoice dated in that month, so none is left out.
Only team admins can open billing and invoices on a Teams or Enterprise plan. Run the scripts in the Chrome of an admin. A team member who is not an admin sees no invoices.
Update your company name, address and tax details in the Stripe billing portal. The change applies to future invoices only: Cursor cannot edit an invoice that was already issued.
When your account goes back to the free plan, the subscription controls are no longer on the billing page. Cursor's help center says to contact support with the date range you need, and they send copies.
No. The scripts run in your own Chrome, where you are already signed in to Cursor. No password is entered or stored.
Invoice Radar is a desktop app and Tailride a Chrome extension, both for invoice collection. Open-source scripts on GitHub download Cursor invoices to a folder; you run and keep them up to date yourself. Reduck works from the AI agent you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor), so the same agent collects these invoices, your other SaaS invoices, and does your other web tasks.
Reduck is free for 100 script runs a month, then $20 a month for 1,000 runs or $100 a month for unlimited runs.
