Export Welcome to the Jungle candidates to Google Sheets (2026)

Overview

A hiring sync needs one page: who applied for the role, what they have done, where they are in the pipeline and what happens next. In Welcome to the Jungle that page does not exist. You open each card, open each resume, and copy what matters into a sheet that is out of date by the next application.

Why it's hard

The recruiter dashboard shows a kanban of names, not a table you can sort, share or comment on. The resume is a PDF behind a link that expires after about two hours. And the Welcome Kit API is not self-serve, so most teams have no tool that reads it for them.

How Reduck does it

Your agent works in your own browser, signed in to the Welcome to the Jungle dashboard:

1. List jobs finds the role you name and its pipeline stages, with the count of new, in-process and refused candidates.
2. List a job's candidates returns every applicant with their stage, contact details, LinkedIn and source.
3. Get a candidate and Download a resume read the full card and the PDF for each person.
4. The agent summarizes each resume in one line and Write cells fills a Google Sheet, one row per candidate.

Nothing in the ATS changes.
