Overview
How to export a LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead list to CSV in 2026, in 4 steps. Sales Navigator lets you build and read a lead list, but it has no export button: no CSV, no Excel, no Google Sheets. This playbook gets the list out, every page of it, into a file you can use.
Step 1: Check your plan
LinkedIn's Sales Navigator help says there is no option to export leads or accounts into a CSV or XLS file. The one built-in way out is CRM Sync, on the Advanced Plus plan only: it links your leads and accounts with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot, and you export from the CRM. On Core and Advanced, go to step 2.
Step 2: Pick a way out

Step 3: Export every page of the list
Sales Navigator shows a list 25 leads at a time, so an export has to read every page. With Reduck, your agent lists your lead lists with sales_navigator_list_lead_lists, then sales_navigator_export_lead_list reads every page of the one you name and returns each lead: name, title, company, location, connection degree and Sales Navigator link, with the list's total and a complete flag.
Reduck returns the leads as data. It does not download a file, because Sales Navigator has none. The CSV comes from where you run it:
- An agent that writes files (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor): ask "Export my Sales Navigator lead list 'VP Sales – SaaS – France' to leads.csv with name, title, company, location and link", and it writes the file.
- Google Sheets, from any client (ChatGPT, Claude): ask for a Google Sheet, and your agent writes the rows with
sheets_write_cells.
- A terminal: the Reduck CLI prints the result as JSON, and jq turns it into a CSV:
npx @reduck-ai/cli@latest run --script reduck/linkedin.com/sales_navigator_export_lead_list listId=<list id> \
| jq -r '(["name","title","company","location","link"] | @csv), (.leads[] | [.fullName, .currentTitle, .currentCompany, .geoRegion, .salesLeadUrl] | @csv)' > leads.csv
Step 4: Check the file before you use it
- Is it complete? Compare the number of rows with the list's total. Reduck's
complete flag is false when the export stopped early.
- Is the search bigger than 2,500? Sales Navigator shows at most 2,500 results for one search. Split it by location, headcount or seniority, save the leads to one list, and export the list.
- Do you need emails? The export has none. Run the file through an email finder.
- Is the outreach lawful? A lead list is personal data under GDPR: you need a lawful basis and a way for people to object.
Who it's for
- Sales teams who build lists in Sales Navigator and work them in a sheet or a sequencer
- Founders running their own outbound
- Anyone on Core or Advanced who needs a Sales Navigator list as a CSV
