Before I buy product, search Reddit for honest reviews of it. Read the full threads with every comment, and tell me what owners like, what breaks, and if they would buy it again, with a quote, a date and a link for each point.

Before you buy a product, Reddit is where owners tell what the box does not: what broke after six months, what support did, and whether they would buy it again. The problem is volume. A popular product has dozens of threads, each with hundreds of comments, and the most useful reply is often far down the page.
These 7 tools find honest Reddit reviews of a product and summarize them for you: Reduck, Upspun, Reddit Scout, Veristo, ReviewDetector, RecSift and Redireckt. They differ on what they read, whether each point links to the review it comes from, and what you must install.
Type these in Reddit's search, or in a search engine with "site:reddit.com" before them. Replace "[product]" with the exact model.
Then sort the comments of each thread by New as well as Top, and look for the same complaint from different owners.
As each vendor's own site describes it, read on November 2, 2026. "Not documented" means we did not find it on their site.

Reddit reviews read by the AI agent you already use, in your own Chrome. Your agent searches all of Reddit for the product with Reddit's own sort and time window, opens the threads it finds, and reads each one with every comment, including the replies behind "more replies". Each comment comes with its author, score, date and link, so the agent quotes the owners it relies on and tells you when each one wrote. You need no Reddit API key, and the threads open in your browser, where you are signed in to Reddit.
Reduck is weaker where the others are made for shoppers. You create an account, install an extension and connect an agent, where the others are one website. It reads Reddit only: no YouTube and no store prices. It gives no ready-made score: your agent writes the summary, with the rules you give it.
A verdict for one product, from Reddit and owner forums. Upspun searches live, gives a 0 to 10 score with pros, cons, red flags and alternatives, and links each claim to its source. You can keep only the discussions of the last 6, 12 or 24 months. Its site says it skips sponsored reviews and affiliate lists. You need an account, and it is free for 10 product searches a day.
A fast summary of what Reddit recommends. You type a product or a category, and Reddit Scout summarizes the top-rated comments for it. It keeps results in a cache for later users: its own FAQ says to click Refresh to load the newest comments. It works on its website and as a Chrome extension.
One report from several kinds of sources. Veristo reads Reddit threads, YouTube reviews, spec sheets and prices at Amazon, Best Buy, B&H, Target and Walmart, and ties each claim to a source you can click. Ask "X vs Y" for a comparison with a verdict. It is free for 20 reports a month.
Reddit buying insights with a "Worth Buying" score. You search by product, category or need, and ReviewDetector analyzes Reddit discussions from communities such as r/BuyItForLife. Its site does not say if each insight links to its thread, and it says the site can earn affiliate commissions.
Rankings of products by what Reddit says. RecSift reads posts and comments from hundreds of product subreddits, ranks the products of each category, and links each recommendation to its Reddit source. It works best when you choose a category, not one exact model: you browse its rankings or request an analysis.
A quick verdict on almost anything you can buy. You type a name, paste a link, scan a barcode or upload a screenshot, and Redireckt reads Reddit, forums, low-star reviews, Trustpilot and BBB. A Quick Check gives a verdict (Great, It's Okay, Meh or Bad) and is free each day. Its Deep Dive packs are announced at $9.99 for 20 checks.
