Overview

A Luma event's guest list tells you who you will meet: founders, engineers, investors, with their bios and LinkedIn links. Luma shows it to the people who are going. It does not let them take it with them.

Why it's hard

Luma's guest CSV download is a host feature. As a guest, the full list is a scrolling panel on the event page, and only approved guests can open it. The tools that export it, mostly Apify actors, ask you to dig your session cookie out of DevTools and paste it into a third-party service, then bill per attendee. None of them sits where you prepare for the event: in your AI assistant.

How Reduck does it

Reduck reads Luma in your own Chrome, where you are already signed in. get_event_attendees opens the event and returns every guest your account can see, with name, bio and social handles, and says whether that is the full list or only the public preview. Your agent filters the list ("only founders", "only people working on AI agents"), writes the CSV, and can open the LinkedIn profiles that matter. search_events finds the next events worth going to, and register_to_event signs you up when you say so.

FAQ

Not from Luma itself. Luma's help center describes a guest list CSV download, but it sits in the event's Manage page, which only hosts open. As a guest you can scroll the list on the event page, but there is no export button. So a guest list in a spreadsheet means copying it by hand, or a tool that reads it for you.
The ones Luma shows you. Luma's help says that when the guest list is shown, anyone sees the guest count and a few names, and hosts and approved guests can open the full list. When the host hides the list, only hosts see it. get_event_attendees follows the same rule: as an approved guest it returns the full list, otherwise only the preview, and its roster_scope field says which one you got.
Name, first and last name, Luma username, short bio, avatar, website, and the LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube handles the person added to their Luma profile. Tested on 2026-10-15 on a Paris event the account was registered for: roster_scope full, 110 guests announced, with LinkedIn or Instagram handles for those who had added one. On an event the account was not registered for, it returned the 10-person preview and a note explaining why.
No. Luma's help says guest emails are never shown on the guest list, only to hosts. Attendee exports, ours or anyone's, contain names, bios and social handles. If you host the event, use Luma's own CSV download from the Guests tab: it includes emails and registration answers.
