Get Google Scholar author's papers
Fetch a Google Scholar author's profile (name, affiliation, verified-email domain, interest tags, citation metrics) plus their publication list, sorted by citation count as the profile itself shows. Google Scholar loads 20 papers at a time behind a "Show more" click; pass count to load further pages (capped at what the profile actually has).
Google Scholar unofficial API: search authors
Search Google Scholar's author (Profiles) directory by name/keywords. Returns each matching author's id, name, affiliation, verified-email domain, interest tags, and total cited-by count, plus a cursor for the next page.
Google Scholar whoami (signed-in account)
Report which Google account Google Scholar is signed in as in this browser: display name and email. When the browser is not signed in, the run fails with a signed-out error that says to sign in, so it can be used to check a session before running other Google Scholar scripts.
Search Google News
Search Google News for articles by keyword and return each result's title, source, publish time, byline and Google News article link, up to count articles. complete says whether these are all the results Google News has for the query. An empty list means the search matched nothing. Supports a recency filter (when, for example 7d) and the country and language edition. Google often refuses these searches from managed browsers, so run it on your own browser.
Compare keywords on Google Trends
Google Trends explore for 1-5 keywords in one compare query: interest over time (shared scale), interest by region, per-region share %, related topics and queries (top and rising), for a given geo, date range, category and property.
Search Medium articles
Search Medium for articles by keyword: title, URL, author, publication, tags, claps, read time, and whether the article is locked (member-only). No login required.
Get Medium article details
Fetch a Medium article's metadata: title, description, author, publication, published date, tags, read time, and whether it's free to read. No login required.
Search Doctolib practitioners
Search Doctolib practitioners by specialty and location. Returns total, page, and providers with full_name, specialty, address, sector, payment_means, languages, telehealth, online_booking, matched_visit_motive, and profile_path. There are 20 providers per page and the order is server-ranked; profile_path (including ?pid=practice-N) is the join key for get_practitioner and list_slots.
List Google Search Console sitemaps
Lists the sitemaps submitted for a Google Search Console property, with when each was submitted and last read, its fetch status, and how many pages and videos Google discovered in it. Takes the property as listed by search.google.com/list_properties.
Yahoo web search
Search the web with Yahoo Search and get one page of organic results: each result's position, title, link, displayed site and snippet. Sponsored results are left out. Page through results with the page number.
Search Threads posts
Search Threads for posts matching a keyword, hashtag, or topic and return the matching posts with author, text, and engagement counts.
Get Sifted Article
Fetch the text and metadata of a single Sifted article by its URL. Pro-only articles return just the teaser paragraph, with isPaywalled set to true.
Google Docs: suggest edits (find and replace in Suggesting mode)
Edit an existing Google Doc in Suggesting mode: each find/replace pair becomes a tracked suggestion the owner can accept or reject, rather than a direct edit. Returns, per pair, how many matches were found and whether a suggestion was created, plus the Google account that made the suggestions. Matching is literal and case-sensitive by default. Accents count, so "café" does not match "cafe". Use dryRun to count matches without changing anything. Needs comment or edit access to the document.
Ahrefs unofficial API: get keyword ideas with search volume
An unofficial Ahrefs keyword API: keyword and question ideas for a seed, with monthly search volume and difficulty, free, no account. Get keyword ideas for a seed keyword from Ahrefs' free keyword generator, with each one's monthly Google search volume range and ranking difficulty in a chosen country. Returns the first 20 keywords that contain the seed, the first 20 phrased as questions, and how many of each Ahrefs knows in total. Volume comes as a range, as the free tool shows it: fewer than 100, or more than 100, 1,000, 10,000 or 100,000 searches a month. No login required. Run seeds one after another on one browser: several at once from the same browser can go unanswered.
Get Medium author's posts
List an author's published posts on Medium (from their profile Home tab): title, URL, tags, claps, read time, published date, and whether locked (member-only). No login required.
Get Trustpilot company reviews
Get one page (20) of a company's Trustpilot reviews: author, rating, title, text, dates, likes, verification and the company's reply. Supports the site's own filters as args (page, sort, stars, language, keyword search, verified, date range). Defaults to returning reviews in every language so none are silently filtered out by locale.
Search Behance projects
Search Behance projects by keyword, returning title, url, owner, thumbnail, likes and views for each result.
Ask ChatGPT
Open a new ChatGPT chat, send one question, wait for the answer to finish (up to 3 minutes), and return the answer, the sources it cited, and the web searches it ran. `answers` is a list: ChatGPT sometimes answers twice and asks which reply you prefer, so check its length before reading answers[0]. `references` are the pages the answer cited, each with the id of the search result it came from when ChatGPT gives one (the search call and the result's rank in it). `sources` are the pages its searches gave the model. `searches` and `calls` also list the results ChatGPT shows under Sources but never gave the model, with `given: false`. An empty `references` means that reply cited nothing: the same question may search on one run and not the next, so repeat it before drawing conclusions. `webSearchQueries` lists what ChatGPT searched for, `searches` groups those queries by round with their results, and `calls` lists each search call with every result's type, position, snippet and date. `activity` gives the progress lines the page showed while it worked ("Searching the web", "Searched 8 websites"). `model`, `stopReason` and `searchContext` say which model answered and how; signed in, `searchContext` also gives the model and thinking effort the account asked for, and its plan. Signed in, it answers in Chat mode only: when the browser is in Work mode it fails with an error that says so; switch back with set_mode (a Chat choice lasts about four hours). Works signed in or signed out, on a Reduck cloud browser or your own paired browser, in any display language. Signed in, every field is filled, and the account's saved memory can influence the answer. Signed out, ChatGPT shows the answer and its citations but not its searches: `answers`, `references` (with each citation's search result id) and `activity` are filled, and `webSearchQueries`, `searches`, `sources`, `calls`, `model` and `stopReason` are null (unknown, not none).
Search Crunchbase News
List recent Crunchbase News articles, either by topic section or by a search query, with pagination.
Get Google Search autocomplete suggestions
Get the autocomplete suggestions Google Search offers for a query, in the order it ranks them: the completions that appear as you type in the search box. Partial input works well, so "best crm for" returns the ways people finish that phrase, useful for SEO and keyword research. Suggestions follow the browser's account and location. A query Google has no completions for returns an empty list. Google sometimes answers an unfamiliar term with completions of a similar one.
Ask Perplexity
Ask Perplexity a question and get back three things the answer alone cannot tell you apart: the answer itself, the research steps Perplexity says it took to write it, and every page its search returned — not only the ones the answer cited. That split is the point. `sources` is the candidate pool, in the order the thread's Links view lists it, each with its publisher, title and snippet. `citations` is what the answer actually cited inline, each with the real destination URL, the chip as shown (a "+N" groups further sources that are not exposed individually) and whether Perplexity marks the domain as trusted. So `sources` minus `citations` is what Perplexity retrieved and then passed over, while a URL in neither was never retrieved at all — which is what you need to see how a topic, brand or product gets described and who gets credited. Headings, bullet lists and comparison tables come back as readable text, and `threadUrl` links the thread so any answer can be audited afterwards. `researchSteps` is Perplexity's own account of what it set out to look up, written for the reader in the interface language, such as "Checking why ABS might reduce stopping distance on wet roads". The literal queries its search issued are not published anywhere on the thread, so they are not returned and no field pretends to hold them. Treat one run as a single draw rather than a measurement: the same question can search differently, answer differently and cite different pages next time, so ask more than once before concluding anything. Perplexity's own free-tier ask rate limit can gate a request instead of answering it, answering "Sign up and repeat your request." instead. This can happen whether or not the browser is signed in — a live test confirmed the gate firing on a genuinely signed-in free-tier account, so signing in is not a guaranteed fix, only a paid plan is known to avoid it. The script names that state rather than returning an empty answer.
Search Luma events
Search upcoming public events on Luma by category topic (e.g. "crypto", "fitness") or by curated city (e.g. "paris", "london"), one page at a time: pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page; has_more false means there is no next page. When nothing matches, events is an empty list with has_more false. Pass topic or city, not both. Some categories Luma only serves per place: asking for one of those as a topic fails with a message naming the slug, and the way to browse it is a city; latitude/longitude only change the order and do not get around this. A slug Luma does not know fails naming the slug.
Get Crunchbase News Article
Fetch the full text and metadata of a single Crunchbase News article by its URL.
Get GitHub trending repositories
List GitHub's Trending repositories, a page with no official API, optionally filtered by language and period (daily/weekly/monthly). Returns repo, url, description, language, stars, forks, and stars gained over the period.
Ask Gemini
Open a new Gemini chat, send one question, and wait until Gemini has finished its answer (up to 3 min). Returns the answer as Gemini sends it, in Markdown (it can hold Gemini's own tags for images, steps and follow-up suggestions), the new conversation's id, and the citations Gemini attached, each with its sources' URL, title and publisher; citations is empty when the answer cites nothing. Needs a browser signed in to Google: signed out, the run fails with a signed-out error asking you to sign in to gemini.google.com. A Google account that has never opened Gemini fails with a message asking you to open gemini.google.com once and accept its terms. One run is one draw: the same question can be answered, searched or cited differently on the next run.
