List n8n Community forum categories
List every category of the n8n Community forum (community.n8n.io), subcategories included, in the order the forum shows them. Returns per category its id, name, slug, url, description, parentId (null for a top-level category) and its topic and post counts. Pass a category's id or url to community.n8n.io/get_category_threads to read its threads.
Get n8n Community forum category threads
List the threads (topics) of one n8n Community forum category (community.n8n.io), one page at a time, with the forum's own sorts: latest, hot, or top over a period, optionally ordered by a column (views, posts, likes, created, activity) and filtered by a tag. A parent category also lists its subcategories' threads, each with its own categoryId. Returns per thread its id, title, url, categoryId, author, last poster, creation and last post dates, post count (the opening post included), views, likes, tags, pinned, closed, archived, whether it has an accepted answer, and the excerpt the forum shows (pinned threads only). Pages hold 30 threads (50 for top); nextPage is null on the last page, and a page past the end returns no threads. Pass a thread's id or url to community.n8n.io/get_thread_messages to read it. An unknown category or tag fails with a clear message: get category ids from community.n8n.io/list_categories.
Get n8n Community forum thread messages
Read one n8n Community forum thread (community.n8n.io) by its id or url: the thread's title, category, tags, author, dates, views, likes, post count, closed and archived state and accepted answer, and its messages (posts) in thread order, 20 per page. Each message has its post number, url, author username and display name, creation and edit dates, the post it replies to, its like count, whether it is the accepted answer, and its text as Markdown (code blocks, links, images and quotes kept). Moderator actions (a thread closed, pinned, moved) are messages with an `action` code and no text. Pass `page` to read further: nextPage is null on the last page, and a page past the end returns no messages. A thread that does not exist, or is private or deleted, fails with a clear message.
List Skool community posts
List one page of the posts in a Skool community feed, in the order Skool shows them, pinned posts first on page 1. Returns per post the title, body text, author name and handle, creation time, comment and upvote counts, whether it is pinned, the channel it was posted in, and a direct url, plus the community's total post count. Takes the community slug as it appears in the URL (case-insensitive) and a page number; ask for the next page until one returns no posts. Fails with a clear message when the slug does not exist, the community is private to this account, or the browser is not signed in to Skool.
Read an X (Twitter) Community's posts
Read the posts of an X (Twitter) Community, by its numeric id (x.com/i/communities/<id>), from its Top tab (default) or its Latest tab. Returns the community_id, the tab, the count, and per post: id, url, author handle and name, text, created_at, has_media, and reply, retweet and like counts. Needs a signed-in account: signed out, X shows no feed.
WhatsApp — List communities
List the WhatsApp communities this account belongs to, each with the groups the Communities tab previews for it. Returns every community's name plus its group names, flagging the announcement group and whether WhatsApp is hiding further groups behind its "View all" link — the tab shows only the first few per community, so the group list is a preview rather than full membership. Returns an empty list when the account has no communities, which is a real answer rather than a failure.
Get Reddit home feed
Get the signed-in account's own Reddit home feed (reddit.com/?feed=home), one page at a time — its mix of subscribed communities and Reddit's recommendations, in the order the feed serves them, promoted slots included. Not r/popular: use get_trending for the cross-Reddit trending feed. Returns per item id, url, title, subreddit, author, created, score, num_comments, upvote_ratio, post_type, content_href, body, plus is_subscribed (the post comes from a community you joined, as opposed to a recommendation) and is_promoted (an ad slot). An ad carries no subreddit, since it is posted from a user profile rather than a community. sort takes the feed's own five orders; time is Reddit's window on the top sort. Each call returns one page as Reddit serves it (its size is Reddit's) and a nextCursor: pass it as cursor, with the same sort and time, for the next page; it is null when the feed has no more.
