Log into Atlassian via Google sign-in — clicks the Google option, picks the account (optional email arg), clears any consent screen, and lands in an Atlassian product. Best run on your own paired browser rather than a freshly launched one, since it relies on an existing Google session in that browser.
List Atlassian invoices
List Atlassian (admin.atlassian.com) billing invoices across every transaction account in your org, covering Atlassian and Marketplace apps plus Loom billed through Atlassian. Returns total plus invoices (id, number, date, amount, status, transaction_account, sourceSystem, downloadUrl) — metadata only. Feed a row's downloadUrl to admin.atlassian.com/download_invoice to fetch the PDF. Only an org billing admin sees the billing portal, and admin.atlassian.com must resolve to a single org (no org picker).

Download one Atlassian (admin.atlassian.com) billing invoice, given the downloadUrl — or the id plus transaction_account — that admin.atlassian.com/list_invoices returns. Returns the real filename plus the PDF bytes as base64 (decode and write it yourself). The bytes come back with the run, so it does not depend on the browser's own download folder, and it still works when Atlassian serves the PDF from a signed storage location. Only an org billing admin can download invoices.
