Reddit keyword alerts

Every morning, read the new posts in r/subreddits, the new results of the Reddit searches searches and the new posts of u/users since yesterday. Drop the repeats and give me one list, newest first, with the subreddit, the title, the comment count and the link.

For years, the quiet way to follow Reddit was an RSS feed: a subreddit's new posts, a search for your product's name, a user you watch, read in Feedly, Inoreader or NetNewsWire, or piped into Zapier, IFTTT and n8n. On November 13, 2026, Reddit stops every one of those feeds, and offers no replacement outside the communities you moderate.
With Reduck, your AI agent reads the same subreddits, searches and users in your own Chrome, where you are signed in to Reddit, and gives you only the posts that are new since its last check. You keep your list of feeds; the feed URLs are what go away.
Every unauthenticated way into Reddit is closing at once. RSS feeds stop on November 13, 2026. Unauthenticated .json requests already answer 403. The public Data API stops taking new requests on October 31, 2026 and closes in March 2027. Old Reddit, whose plain pages scrapers and RSS bridges read, is limited to signed-in users who used it in the last six months.
What still works is reading Reddit while signed in. But a scraper in the cloud runs from a datacenter address, which Reddit blocks, and Claude's own web fetch declines reddit.com. The posts your feeds showed you are still there; the only door left is a browser where you are logged in.
Reduck's Reddit scripts run in your own Chrome, through the Reduck extension, where you are already signed in to Reddit. You give your agent the list your feeds covered: subreddits, searches, users, threads. Paste the old .rss URLs if you have them; the subreddit, the words and the sort are all in the URL.
On each check, your agent reads every source with the script that matches it, keeps the posts created since the last check, drops the repeats between sources, and gives you one list, newest first, with the subreddit, the title, the comment count and the link. Ask it to, and it also reads a post in full, or a thread's comments.

A multireddit feed (r/a+b) becomes one source per subreddit. Each script returns structured posts: the URL, the title, the author, the score, the comment count and the date, and for a subreddit the post's full text.
