AI agents that log into billing portals and download invoices (2026): Payhawk, Browserbase, Skyvern, GetMyInvoices and Reduck compared

Prompt template

Log into the billing portals of vendors, download my month invoices and send them to inbox.

Overview

AI agents that log into billing portals and download invoices, compared for 2026: Payhawk Agent Fetch, Browserbase, Skyvern, GetMyInvoices and Reduck. Many vendors never email the invoice PDF: it stays behind a login on their billing portal. An AI agent can sign in, find the billing page and download it. The tools differ on where that agent's browser runs, how it gets past the login, and how much you have to build.

Payhawk vs Browserbase vs Skyvern vs GetMyInvoices vs Reduck

As each vendor's own site describes it, read on October 11, 2026. "Not documented" means we did not find it on their site.

What it is Where the browser runs Logins and 2FA What you build Starting price
Payhawk (Agent Fetch) An agent inside Payhawk that fetches receipts for card expenses Not documented You sign in to each supplier portal once; Payhawk says it does not store credentials Nothing; only for Payhawk card transactions Included in a Payhawk plan
Browserbase Cloud browsers for developers and their agents Browserbase's cloud Saved browser contexts keep cookies between sessions; sites can still sign you out Your own code or agent, through its API Free with 1 browser hour, then $20 a month
Skyvern AI agents that automate browser workflows Skyvern's cloud, or self-hosted with Docker (open source) Encrypted credential vault; 2FA and TOTP on the Pro plan Workflows in its builder or SDK Free with 5,000 credits, then $29 a month
GetMyInvoices An invoice manager that collects from portals Its cloud, or its desktop app Not documented Nothing; you connect each portal 19 € a month
Reduck Scripts your own AI agent runs Your own Chrome, with the sessions you have Your own session, with your usual 2FA; no password stored Nothing; your agent writes a script for a missing portal Free for 100 script runs a month

Where each tool is stronger

  • Payhawk: receipts matched to card expenses with no extra setup, for companies whose spending runs on Payhawk cards. Payhawk gives its own accuracy as about 70 % across connected portals.
  • Browserbase: browser infrastructure at scale, for a team building its own agent.
  • Skyvern: an agent platform that says it downloads invoices from hundreds of vendor portals, behind logins, 2FA and CAPTCHAs, in the cloud or on your own servers.
  • GetMyInvoices: the widest portal list, with OCR and exports to accounting software.
  • Reduck: invoices from SaaS, AI and cloud billing pages, collected from a prompt by the agent you already use, in your own browser.

How Reduck does it

Reduck is an MCP server with ready-made scripts for billing pages. Your agent calls them in your own Chrome, through the Reduck extension:

  1. You ask: "Log into the billing portals of OpenAI, Atlassian and Vercel, download my September invoices and send them to [email protected]."
  2. The agent runs each portal's script in your signed-in session and lists the invoices.
  3. It downloads the PDFs and emails them from your Gmail, or saves them in a folder.
  4. A portal it could not reach is listed apart. For a portal with no script, the agent writes one, and the next month it is ready.

Who it's for

  • Founders and finance teams whose invoices stay on vendor portals
  • Teams that already work with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another AI agent
  • Anyone who does not want to hand portal passwords to a cloud service

FAQ

Yes. Several tools do it in different ways. Payhawk's agent fetches receipts for Payhawk card payments. Skyvern and Browserbase give developers cloud browsers that an agent drives. GetMyInvoices collects from its own list of portals. With Reduck, the agent you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client) opens each portal in your own Chrome, where you are signed in, and downloads the PDFs.
It depends on how you pay and who builds it. If your company pays with Payhawk cards, Payhawk Agent Fetch is included in your plan. If you are a developer building your own invoice robot, Skyvern and Browserbase give you the browsers. If you want a managed invoice archive with thousands of portals, GetMyInvoices. If you already work with an AI agent and your bills are SaaS, AI and cloud subscriptions, Reduck works from a prompt, with nothing to build.
Not with every tool. Payhawk says you sign in to each supplier portal once and that it does not store your credentials. Skyvern documents a credential vault, and Browserbase keeps logins in a saved browser context. Reduck uses the sessions of your own Chrome, so no portal password leaves your computer.
Skyvern lists 2FA and TOTP support on its Pro plan. Payhawk and Reduck reuse a session you opened yourself, with your usual 2FA. When a portal ends the session, you sign in again in your browser.
Payhawk's Agent Fetch does not. Payhawk says it only fetches receipts for transactions made on Payhawk cards. Reduck, Skyvern, Browserbase and GetMyInvoices do not depend on how the bill was paid.
For Browserbase, yes. It is a cloud browser platform that your code or agent drives through its API. Skyvern has a no-code workflow builder and an SDK. Payhawk, GetMyInvoices and Reduck need no code. With Reduck, your agent writes the script for a portal that has none yet, and reuses it the next month.
About 40 billing portals have a ready-made script, most of them SaaS, AI and cloud tools, plus one script for any invoice hosted by Stripe. For another portal, your agent writes the script the first time.
Reduck is free for 100 script runs a month, then $20 a month for 1,000 runs or $100 a month for unlimited runs. Payhawk Agent Fetch has no additional cost on a Payhawk plan. Skyvern starts free, then $29 a month, with 2FA on its $149 Pro plan. Browserbase starts free with 1 browser hour, then $20 a month. GetMyInvoices starts at 19 € a month.
