Telegram — List a group's members
Input
peerId requiredThe group's peer id, as returned by get_inbox (groups and channels are negative, e.g. "-5521853307"). A broadcast channel you do not administer has no member list and is refused.
Output

members requiredThe member rows read from the panel, in the order the panel lists them.
complete requiredTrue when membersRead matches the total Telegram reports, so nothing was left unloaded. False means the list is partial — large groups load lazily and this reports the shortfall rather than passing off a truncated list as the whole membership.
membersRead requiredHow many member rows were actually read. Equal to members.length; kept as its own field so a short read is obvious next to membersCount.
verified_on_page requiredTrue when the members were read from a rendered member list, rather than an empty panel being reported as an empty group.
chatTitle optionalThe group's title — echo this to a human, since a peer id is not recognisable.
membersCount optionalThe member total Telegram reports on the group's profile, parsed from the digits in its own subtitle. Null when no number was shown. Compare with membersRead to see whether the list was fully loaded.

Telegram — Read a conversation's messages
Open one Telegram conversation by its peer id (the id get_inbox returns) and read its messages in chronological order: message id, text, the time shown on the bubble, whether it carries media, and — for channel posts — the exact view and forward counts. Scrolls upward to load older messages up to the requested count. Returns an empty list for a conversation with no messages, which is a real answer rather than a failure.
Telegram — Download a message's media
Pull the bytes of a document, photo or video attached to a Telegram message, given its conversation peer id and message id, returned as base64 plus the filename Telegram stores it under. Drives the message's own Download action and reads the file out of the app rather than relying on a browser download, and refuses a message that carries no media. Two side effects worth knowing: opening the conversation marks it read, and Telegram also saves the file to the browser's download folder. Note that photos are Telegram's re-encoded JPEG, not the original upload; documents come back byte-for-byte.

List the conversations in the Telegram Web chat list, newest first: each one's name, its peer id (the handle every other Telegram script uses to open it), the last message preview, the time shown on the row, and the unread count. Scrolls to load older conversations up to the requested count. Returns an empty list when the account has no conversations, which is a real answer rather than a failure.
