Invite (create) a member on the current Neon organization by email and role. Role is free-text matched case-insensitively against Neon's own invite role picker (Admin, Member). Membership is invite-based; the invitee starts as Pending until they accept (or may auto-join if their Neon account already exists, per Neon's own behavior). Returns the invitation's email, role, id and invited-at timestamp.

Checks the org's members and invitations lists to determine which branch applies: joined members are removed via "Remove from organization" (plain confirm, no re-typing required); pending invites are cancelled via "Cancel invite". List Neon invoices

List the signed-in Neon organization's billing invoices, read directly from the console's own invoices API. Neon bills via Orb, so each invoice's pdfUrl is its Orb-hosted PDF (assets.withorb.com/invoice/...?token=, a public tokenized link). Returns org, total, and invoices (reference, issued, total, status, pdfUrl). Reads the default organization the console lands on; an account with multiple orgs sees only that one.
