Bing search

Search the web on Bing, one page of results at a time. Returns each organic result's title, url, snippet and date, the market Bing answered for, and where the next page starts. Results depend on where the browser is: Bing answers for the market of the browser's location, and the answer says which market that was. To read further, pass the `next` of one answer as `first` of the next call. Pages vary in size and can repeat a result, so dedupe by url. site: searches limit the results to that site. They work on your paired Chrome; on a managed browser the run fails and says so. Quoted phrases are loosened by Bing, not enforced. On a managed browser, leave the country unset unless you need that country's results. Run about 10 searches at a time at most: with more, some runs can fail, and each says so.
