Mark many Pennylane bank transactions as having a lost receipt at once
Automatically mark many Pennylane bank transactions as having a lost receipt at once on app.pennylane.com. Marks a list of Pennylane bank transactions as having a lost receipt in one go, with the transactions list's bulk action, so they stop showing as waiting for a receipt. Faster than app.pennylane.com/mark_transactions_lost, which opens each transaction. With dryRun (default true) the bulk action is used but the change is held back. With dryRun false it is saved, then each transaction is read back. Returns, per transaction, its label, amount, date, whether it is still pending at the bank, its attached receipts and whether it is now marked lost. Up to 200 transactions per run. Fails when signed out of Pennylane.

Find Pennylane bank transactions for a supplier invoice
Lists the bank transactions a Pennylane supplier invoice can be matched to: Pennylane's own suggestions for that invoice, with their confidence score, and one page of the company's bank transactions, newest first, which can be narrowed by words of the bank label, an exact amount and a date range. Transactions already grouped with this invoice are left out of both lists; invoice.remainingToMatch says how much of the invoice is still unmatched (0 when fully matched). Amounts of transactions are signed as on the bank statement, so money paid out is negative, and their remainingToMatch is the part Pennylane still counts as unmatched. It only reads and never matches anything. Fails when the invoice does not exist and when signed out of Pennylane.
Match a Pennylane supplier invoice to a bank transaction
Links one Pennylane supplier invoice to a bank transaction that already happened on the company's account, which marks the invoice as paid in the books. It never sends a payment. With dryRun (default true) it only reads the invoice and the transaction and returns both, without linking them; dryRun false links them and returns the amount left to match (0 when the amounts agree, a small value for a currency gap, the difference when the transaction is larger than the invoice). Find the transaction with app.pennylane.com/find_transactions_for_invoice. Fails when the invoice or the transaction does not exist, and when signed out of Pennylane.
List Pennylane supplier invoices
Lists a Pennylane company's supplier invoices, one tab and one page at a time, in the order the page shows them (newest added first). Tabs are all, inbox, to pay, paid, to approve, in dispute, and archived for the archived invoices; search narrows the list by invoice number, as the page's search box does. Returns each invoice's id, label, supplier, invoice number, date, creation date, deadline, amount in the invoice currency and in euros, invoice and payment status, and paid flag, plus paging totals (use hasNextPage to ask for the next page). An account that only sees its own invoices gets that single list without tabs or search. Requires companyId, the number in the app URL at /companies/<id>/. Fails with a sign-in error when the browser is not signed in to Pennylane.
