Automatically search APEC jobs on apec.fr. Search APEC (French executive/manager job board) listings by keyword, optional free-text location, and page (20 offers/page). Location name (e.g. "Lyon"). Omit to search all of France. Only used when it matches one Apec place exactly (or Apec suggests a single place); when several places match, the run refuses and lists them with their lieuId so you can pass the right one. The place used is returned as resolvedLocation.
