List Slack billing statements from the workspace's admin billing history. Returns workspace, total and invoices (date, statement, billId, amount, status, description, pdfUrl) — metadata only. Feed a row's pdfUrl (or billId) to slack.com/download_invoice to fetch that statement's PDF. Requires a workspace billing admin; defaults to the primary workspace, or pass workspaceDomain (e.g. acme.slack.com).
Set Slack channel topic
Set a channel's topic (the short line shown in the header) by name or id. Topics are limited to 250 characters, and a longer one is refused up front rather than part-way through. Pass an empty string to clear the topic. Returns the applied topic. Requires login.
Send Slack message
Post a message to a channel or DM, identified by name ('social', '#social'), channel/DM id (C…/D…), or a user (@handle or U…) for a direct message. Pass threadTs to reply inside a thread (with broadcast to also send it to the channel). Returns the new message ts, channel id and permalink. Requires login.
