List GitHub invoices
Input
enterprise optionalEnterprise slug (e.g. "my-enterprise") for an Enterprise account whose billing rolls up to the enterprise. Omit for personal-account billing. Note: the formal invoice document is not supported for enterprise billing and will be null.

Invite user to GitHub org
Invite a person to a GitHub organization (org membership is invite-based, not instant). Identify the invitee by username, full name, or email (must resolve to a suggestion in GitHub's own invite search and not already be a member). Optional role: "member" (default) or "owner". Returns the confirmation banner text.
List GitHub org members and roles
List a GitHub organization's members (login, org role Owner/Member, profile URL) and pending invitations (email, role). Reads the org's People and Invitations tabs. Requires org (the org login/slug).
Remove user from GitHub org
Remove a person from a GitHub organization. If they're an accepted member, identify by GitHub username and this removes their org membership. If they're still a pending invitation, identify by the email/username they were invited with and this cancels the invitation instead. Returns which case applied and the confirmation banner text.
